Everything is itemized up front. That covers drop count and cable grade, pathway and distance, terminations, labeling, testing, any telecom room or rack work, and the permits your city requires. Nothing lands as a surprise.
Slow network speeds, connectivity that drops during the day, and wiring that predates your current bandwidth are the three signals we see most. Age is the usual culprit. Older buildings hide a mix of Cat5 and Cat5e above the ceiling tiles, which caps the whole network at the weakest run.
