To get client chat support from Uprite, open a ticket in the Uprite support portal or call your local Texas office during business hours. Most issues are logged fastest through the support portal, where you can track existing tickets and open new ones in a few clicks.
The fastest way to reach Uprite support
Uprite gives current clients three ways to get help. You can use the online support portal, call your local office, or jump on the remote-access portal when a technician needs to see your screen. For most issues, the support portal is the quickest path because it logs your request, routes it to the right team, and lets you track progress in one place.
Honestly, the portal beats email for anything that is not urgent. An email reply can sit unread in an inbox, but a ticket is logged, time-stamped, and visible to the whole support team the moment you hit submit.
First, open the support portal
Go to the Uprite support portal. This is where you view the status of existing tickets and open new ones. You can reach it anytime from the Uprite Client Help Desk page.
Next, sign in and start a new request
Sign in with your client credentials, then choose to open a new ticket. If you do not have portal access yet, your account manager can set it up.
Finally, submit your issue
Enter your name, email, and a short summary of the problem, then submit. Your request goes straight to the Uprite team, and you can return to the portal anytime to check status or reply to your technician. If you already have a ticket in progress, you will see it listed under your open requests.
Prefer to call? Reach your local Texas team
For anything urgent or business-stopping, phone is faster than the portal. Call the office nearest you.
| Office | Support line |

| Houston | (281) 956-2250 |
| San Antonio | (210) 390-3700 |

Which portal do you need?
| What you need | Where to go |
|---|---|
| Open or track a support ticket | Support portal |
| Pay an invoice or ask a billing question | Billing portal |
| Let a technician view your screen | Remote portal |
For billing, you can also call (281) 956-2280 and press option 3, or email finance@uprite.com. For remote access, you do not set anything up in advance. Nothing is installed until you approve it on the call.

Common Support Questions
How do I open a support ticket with Uprite?
Sign in to the Uprite support portal and choose to open a new ticket. Add your name, email, and a short summary of the problem, then submit. Your team sees it right away and you can track status anytime.
What is the fastest way to reach Uprite for an urgent issue?
Call your local Texas office for anything urgent or business-stopping. Houston clients reach (281) 956-2250, San Antonio (210) 390-3700, and Dallas (469) 699-8767. Phone beats the portal for emergencies.
Can I check the status of a ticket I already opened?
Yes. The support portal lists every ticket you have opened, including ones currently being worked on. Sign in to view status, add notes, or reply to your technician without starting over.
Where do I go for billing questions instead of tech support?
Billing is handled separately from technical support. Use the billing portal for invoices, or call (281) 956-2280 and press option 3. You can also email finance@uprite.com for account and payment questions.
Do I need remote access set up before I call?
No setup is needed in advance. When a technician needs to see your screen, they will send you to the Uprite remote portal and walk you through it during the call. Nothing is installed until you approve it.
