Submittal and RFI review, takeoff and quantity checks, safety documentation, production scheduling, quality inspection notes, warranty and service dispatch. Some of these are ready now. How to Validate AI Output Before It Drives a Decision
An AI-generated quantity, schedule, or cost figure looks exactly as confident when it is wrong as when it is right. What does the check look like, who performs it, and at what dollar threshold does a person have to sign off before that number moves into a bid or a financial forecast.
Who Owns the Response When It Goes Wrong
A data exposure, a compliance issue, or a bad project decision traced back to an AI output. Who is accountable, who notifies the customer, and what your contracts and your insurance actually say about it.
